1. Lemon + Cucumber

“I used two ingredients to get rid of my dandruff last year. These ingredients are lemon and cucumber. The first thing I did was to divide the lemon into two and then, look for a bowl. I juiced each of the divided lemons into the bowl and put it aside. The second step is for me to take the cucumber and divide it like I did with the lemon. After this, I used a grater, the one I normally use for okro to grate the cucumber into a bowl, then, I used a jaw to juice the cucumber well to make sure that the juice comes out of the cucumber.

This process is just like how I juiced the lemon but the difference is that a cucumber is not easy to juice without a grater. After juicing the cucumber, I mixed it with the lemon that I already had and poured it into a bottle spray. I divided my hair into sections and then sprayed the mixture in each part of the sections so that it would touch my scalp. After that, I wrapped my hair and left it for 1 hour before I washed off the ingredients.”

“I used a very simple method to treat my dandruff. I used olive oil without mixing it with any other ingredients like I have heard others do. All I did was get high-quality olive oil and section my hair into 6 parts to be able to apply the olive oil onto my scalp. After I massaged my scalp thoroughly with olive oil, I used a towel to wrap my head and waited for at least 2 hours. I did this twice every week and it worked very fine. This method was very cheap and simple for me to do.”

“The kind of dandruff I had was very stubborn. It makes me feel horrible anytime I feel it. I tried several home remedies but none of them worked until I tried Fenugreek, yogurt, and olive oil. This one is very effective because it helped me get rid of my stubborn dandruff in just 2 days and 2 wash. Also, I have not experienced dandruff again since that day.

For anyone who would like to try it, begin by soaking Fenugreek overnight. Make sure it is soaked well, then grind it extremely fine with your blender. The next ingredient is a thick yogurt. Mix the thick yogurt with the ground fenugreek and lastly, add olive oil to the two. Make sure you whisk well till it becomes creamy. Then apply it on your scalp and wait for 1 hour.”

4. Lemon + Guava + Shampoo

“I got rid of dandruff by using lemon in 2 different ways. First, I got my lemons and squeezed the juice out of it into a tiny bowl. You can do this by using your hand or a cloth, just make sure the seeds of the lemon do not fall into the juice. The second step I did was to prepare guava leaves to get guava water. I purposely used guava leaves because lemon may dye the hair while guava leaves help to darken the hair. Then I looked for three bottles to fill three different compositions.

I filled the first bottle with some lemon juice, then filled up half of the bottle with guava water and filled the rest of the bottle with some shampoo. I filled the second bottle with the rest of the lemon juice and filled the last bottle with the rest of the guava water. So I had three bottles with different ingredients and I used the three for my hair.

I sectioned my hair, used the lemon bottle first, and made sure it reached my scalp. After some minutes, I used the first bottle of shampoo mixture to wash my hair and after I rinsed the shampoo, I added the guava water and added some oil. I repeated this process for 4 days and the dandruff was gone forever.”
